Fearless In-Home Sales Professional Sir Grout Seattle is seeking a Fearless In-Home Sales Professional to aid our growth. Sir Grout is known in 50+ markets as the only premium home services company that restores hard surfaces, such as Tile & Grout, Marble, Granite, and Travertine, to like new condition. You will receive fully paid training and then you will be provided pre-qualified appointments that are primarily residential. You are excited to solve real customer problems and then price handsomely to deliver those results! The ideal candidate will reside in King or Snohomish Counties. Those who excel in this position are people who understand inherently or are willing to learn how to:

• Quickly build rapport
• Present a simple solution
• Identify opportunities to upsell
• Fearlessly ask for premium pricing
• Skillfully overcome objections

Compensation

:

• Generous Commission on an easy to sell product
• Bonuses

• The successful candidate should expect to earn at a rate in excess of $100,000 per year. $150,000-200,000 is possible after 1-2 years of experience. Our culture:
