Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE: The Marketing Liaison is responsible for generating business from referral sources to meet agency growth and revenue goals. The Marketing Liaison reports directly to: Office Manager PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Marketing Liaison has accountability for the following functions/tasks: Drive business growth by spending a majority of the workday in the field developing referral relationships that result in eligible referrals. Educate referral sources and the community about the referral process, company differentiators and the ease of making referrals. Effectively engage in public speaking events and make professional presentations. Develop new and ongoing referral relationships with targeted accounts identified in the Marketing Action Plan to increase referrals and achieve business growth goals. Keep required documentation of locations visited, connections made, and referrals generated by those leads. Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to business trade secrets and clients, including client's families and other employees. Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, leadership team, supervisors, clients and family. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. Work independently and proactively with minimal direction and/or supervision. Present a well-groomed image that reflects the professionalism of the business. QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications preferred. Minimum of one year experience in the home care industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems and other healthcare industry-related software. Basic understanding of digital marketing: Social Media, SEO, and PPC. Successfully complete all and ongoing compliance with licensing, certification, continuing education, background checks, drug and alcohol testing, Office of Inspector General (OIG) screening, and health assessments/other assessments as may be required under federal, state, or local law or per employer policy. Valid licensed driver with reliable transportation Valid state proof of insurance. PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: 08/28/2024 Must be able to lift, push or pull items weighing up to 10 lbs. Must be able to perform tasks involving a combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stooping, walking, twisting, and climbing stairs. Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that enable these senses to function adequately to fully meet the requirements of this position.
