Full-Time Graphic Design and Sales Lead Location: Midwest (Omaha-based company serving surrounding regions) Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (must have full availability during these times)

: $16$17/hour, based on experience

Overview

: We're hiring a dependable, energetic, and long-term team member to support operations in our busy service center. You'll be immersed in all areas of our business, with a primary focus on graphic design and sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multitasking environment, meet tight deadlines with urgency, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and print-ready graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Production

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) to create custom designs for print and digital projects
• Interpret client briefs and creatively solve design challenges
• Prepare files for print: ensure correct color elements (Pantone, CMYK, RGB) and resolution standards
• Implement client feedback to refine designs
• Operate digital color copiers, printers, scanners, and finishing equipment (e.g., bindery tools) Print Center & Operations
• Monitor and execute daily production schedules across departments
• Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure timely vendor deliveries
• Perform installation of large format products
• Accurately convert units (meters/inches, decimals/fractions) for project specs
• Maintain production workflow using job queues and management tools Customer Interaction & Sales
• Serve as a point of contact in person, by phone, or email to discuss projects, pricing, and scheduling
• Establish and maintain client relationships by understanding project needs and offering creative solutions
• Provide quotes, receive orders, and filter inquiries to appropriate team members
• Promote print services as a subject matter expert Administrative & Financial

Duties

• Track and collect customer deposits and payments
• Manage past-due collections and apply payments to accounts
• Assist with accounts receivable and vendor coordination

Required Qualifications

& Skills

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience) required
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to troubleshoot production or design issues with confidence
• Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
• Capable of standing and moving for long periods, lifting up to 55 lbs, and climbing 6-ft ladders Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
• Experience with merging files
• Experience with large format installations
• Previous production print or retail design experience
