UPS Store Associate / Customer Service Representative We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our UPS Store. Previous experience working at a UPS Store, FedEx Office, or similar shipping center is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers with shipping packages through UPS, USPS, and other carriers
• Process Amazon Returns and other prepaid drop-off services
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Operate print, copy, scanning, fax, and document finishing equipment
• Perform notary services (or be willing to become a licensed Notary Public)
• Help customers with mailbox rentals and package pickups
• Pack and prepare items for shipment using proper packing techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system

Qualifications

:

• Previous UPS Store experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Retail, shipping, printing, or office services experience is a plus We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent service every day. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Work Location: In person
