Sales Coordinator:

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales orders and quotes.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Work closely with internal departments, including customer service, accounting, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
