We are an Elite Allstate Insurance agency located in Baltimore..............We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. Our agency proudly serves customers across Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia, helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Whether you're experienced in insurance or looking to grow into a new career, we offer training, support, and the opportunity to make an impact in the communities we serve. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

• MUST live in DE, MD, DC, or VA
• MUST be Licensed in Property & Casualty (Life license is a plus).
• Confident communicator with a passion for helping others.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Sales/Marketing experience or customer service background ideal.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

:

• Educate clients on a variety of insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life.
• Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, marketing, and networking.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through expert guidance and exceptional service.
• Stay compliant with state regulations across DE, MD, DC, and VA.
