Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and close deals with transparency and confidence
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with inventory
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Assist with online sales inquiries and digital leads

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
