Synergy Insurance Group is expanding and currently recruiting motivated individuals who are interested in becoming licensed life insurance agents and building a career in the insurance and financial services industry. No previous insurance experience is required, and you do not need to have an active license to get started. Our team provides training, licensing guidance, mentorship, sales systems, and ongoing support to help new agents develop the skills needed to succeed. As an independent life insurance agent, you will help individuals and families understand their insurance options and select coverage based on their needs, goals, and budget. This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Your income will depend on your production, consistency, and ability to grow your business. What We Provide

What You Will Do

• Connect with individuals and families interested in life insurance
• Conduct phone, virtual, or in-person consultations
• Learn about each client's financial goals, budget, and coverage needs
• Educate clients about available life insurance options
• Recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Complete insurance applications accurately
• Maintain organized client and sales records
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
• Work toward personal production and business-growth goals
• Build long-term relationships with clients
