GENERAL SUMMARY: The Sales and Front Desk Representative will represent BOXR GYM by providing excellent customer service to members and guests. The role includes driving new memberships, assisting members with purchases, handling membership inquiries, and meeting revenue targets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome every member and guest with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
• Check in members and assist with memberships, tours, and new sign-ups.
• Resolve member questions or connect them with the appropriate team member.
• Process retail sales and operate the POS accurately.
• Promote BOXR programs, events, and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
• Report safety concerns or emergencies to management immediately. Ideal Candidate BOXR Gym is looking for someone who:
• Is confident starting conversations with new people and can naturally build rapport.

• Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Is highly organized and follows through on tasks.
• Can balance sales, customer service, administrative duties, and facility support without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Represents the BOXR brand with professionalism, positivity, and a team-first attitude.
• Is coachable, accountable, and motivated by achieving personal and team goals. Minimum experience:
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6mo-1 year of proven sales experience in a sales based business, fitness, hospitality. Retail-only sales experience is not equivalent and will not be considered.
• Ability to handle objections, close sales, and convert leads with confidence and professionalism.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication + computer skills.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for a full shift.

Compensation

& Employment Policies

• Scheduling: Work schedules are issued weekly and distributed at the end of each week after General Manager approval.
• Commission: Earn a 10% performance-based commission on all qualifying membership sales
• Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
• Time Off & Schedule Changes: Any requested time off or schedule changes must be submitted at least two weeks in advance using a Time Off Request Form (or appropriate documentation, when applicable).
• Probationary Period: All new hires must complete a 2-month probationary period , during which full-time availability is required. Job Type: Full-time
