About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an energetic and driven Inside Sales Consultant to join their growing sales team. Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to warm leads and existing prospects
• Build relationships with potential customers and educate them on the value of the company's products and services
• Manage an assigned sales territory and develop opportunities within your pipeline
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their business
• Handle objections, answer questions, and confidently close sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and outbound activity expectations
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programs
• Collaborate with teammates in a positive, high energy sales environment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone
• Motivated by goals, commissions, and performance based rewards
• Ability to overcome objections and communicate value effectively
• Self motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, metrics driven environment
