We're seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are eager to grow with a successful company individuals 30 years older and up.

Duties

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and product knowledge
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry, watches, and accessories for special occasions and everyday wear
• Present and promote merchandise effectively by highlighting quality, style, and value
• Upsell complementary items such as warranties, cleaning products, or matching pieces to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked showcases and displays
• Accurately process sales transactions, pricing, financing options, and special orders
• Stay knowledgeable on current jewelry trends, gemstones, metals, and new inventory
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support store opening/closing procedures and maintain a polished showroom appearance
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and merchandise organization Experience
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in retail or luxury sales environments
• Jewelry sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to confidently upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Basic math skills for pricing, discounts, and transactions
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
