Job Summary
We are a growing dental office looking for a motivated and organized Dental Office Sales / Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, confident on the phone, and able to follow up with patients in a timely and organized manner. Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has strong communication and sales skills This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive healthcare environment dedicated to improving oral health.
Duties
- Engage with patients to review and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently, ensuring understanding and acceptance.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to review and update patient records, ensuring accuracy in medical documentation and treatment notes.
- Dental Office Sales / Treatment Coordinator
- Handle incoming leads from Meta/Facebook/Instagram campaigns
- Respond to all patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Call, text, and follow up with potential patients to schedule consultations or appointments
- Maintain organized tracking of leads, follow-ups, and patient responses
- Communicate clearly with the front desk and clinical team regarding scheduled patients
- Help convert leads into scheduled appointments and treatment opportunities
- Meet monthly sales and scheduling goals
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive first impression of the officeAssist with treatment coordination and patient communication as needed. FULL TIME POSITION:
- Pay: $20 per hour + commission
- Schedule: Monday- Friday / Weekends are Hybrid
Qualifications
:
- Dental office experience is a plus
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone, text, and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with patients and following up consistently
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Able to multitask and manage multiple leads at once
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
