Full-Time Retail Promotions Representative Weekly Pay | AT &T; Retail Promotions | Customer Service | Entry Level We are currently hiring motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Full-Time Retail Promotions Representatives. This entry-level position focuses on representing AT&T; inside major retail locations, engaging with customers, and promoting AT&T;'s industry-leading wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions. If you enjoy working with people, creating positive customer experiences, and building valuable experience in sales, customer service, and brand representation, this could be a great fit for you. In this role, you'll represent AT&T;'s products and services, educating customers on current promotions and helping them find the wireless and connectivity solutions that best fit their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T; inside assigned retail locations through face-to-face customer interactions
• Engage shoppers and educate them on AT&T;'s wireless, internet, and entertainment services
• Build positive relationships with customers while providing exceptional service
• Identify customer needs and recommend products, plans, and promotions that best fit their lifestyle
• Assist customers with new activations, upgrades, and account solutions when applicable
• Maintain an organized and professional promotional space
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Represent the company and the AT&T; brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Goal-oriented with a positive, self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a retail environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, promotions, or sales is a plus, but not required What We Offer
