Responsibilities

: Generate Sales Leads:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the roofing industry.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of SYL Roofing Supply's product offerings to position to potential customers.
• Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential customers. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns. Sales Presentations:
• Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Customize presentations to address the specific needs of each customer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and account management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking performance and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Compensation

Package:

• Base Salary + Commission pay Schedule:
• Day shift - Monday through Friday, Saturday as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
