What You'll Do

• Welcome clients, build connections, and provide a 5-star experience.
• Confidently meet membership, gift card, and upgrade sales goals.
• Share service and promotion details with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services and menu offerings.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client files.
• Help uphold spa cleanliness and organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Full-time: Flexibility for a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts (all staff work at least one Sat or Sun shift).
• Part-time: At least one evening and one weekend shift required. No sales experience neededjust bring confidence, consistency, and a great attitude. We'll give you the tools and training to succeed!
