Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information about merchandise, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized sales space to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
• Use retail math skills to calculate totals, and change efficiently during transactions
• Utilize financial software systems for record keeping, sales tracking, and inventory management

Qualifications

• Commissioned Based
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial transactions
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
