Responsibilities

• Make outbound reminder calls to customers
• Generate customer appointments using a pre-provided list
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Respond promptly to both phone and email inquiries
• Guide customers to helpful product information and online resources
• Ensure messages and inquiries are directed to the correct departments without delay What We're Looking For
