Customer Experience & Membership Sales Specialist Elite Express Car Wash Newbury Park Pay: Starting at $19 per hour + commission Hours: 2039 hours per week (flexible scheduling available) Elite Express Car Wash is looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member who also loves sales. Our Customer Experience & Membership Sales Specialists help customers have a great experience while introducing them to the value and convenience of our unlimited wash memberships. If you enjoy talking to people, helping customers, and earning extra income through commissions, this is a great opportunity to join a growing local company.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, positive first impression
• Explain and recommend our unlimited wash memberships and upgraded wash options
• Help customers understand the value and convenience of memberships
• Assist vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues with professionalism
• Ensure every customer leaves feeling great about their experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and transactions What We're Looking For
• Someone who is naturally friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with customers
• Strong sales mindset and ability to recommend products that benefit the customer
• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
