Full description of the position

We are an established medical spa looking for an experienced Sales Consultant. This role is strictly for candidates with prior MedSpa sales experience you should already know how to consult clients on aesthetic treatments, build treatment plans, and close packages and memberships. If you have that background, you'll walk into a warm client flow with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-person consultations and convert leads into booked treatments, packages, and memberships
  • Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Stay knowledgeable on all services, promotions, and aftercare basics
Requirements
  • MedSpa or medical aesthetics sales experience is REQUIRED applicants without it will not be considered
  • Proven track record closing aesthetic packages (laser, injectables, body contouring, skincare, etc.)
  • Strong consultative selling and follow-up discipline
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills What We Offer
