Are you a licensed South Carolina real estate agent who wants more closings, better systems, and real support instead of going it alone? Our team The ART of Real Estate Team, Columbia is growing and we're looking for motivated agents who want plugandplay leads, handson coaching, and a collaborative culture. What you'll get on our team

• Warm buyer and seller opportunities from our marketing (not cold call lists).
• Local mentorship, contract support, and access to eXp tools like Boldtrail, Lofty, Skyslope, and tons of training.
• 80/20 split with a low $16,000 cap, plus our team incentives on top.
• Cloudbased flexibility work from home and in the field while still having 24/7 access to support.
• Clear playbook for lead followup, scripts, and accountability so you're never guessing what to do next. What you'll do
• Work inbound and teamgenerated leads quickly and consistently.
• Meet buyers and sellers, conduct consults, show homes, write offers, and negotiate on behalf of your clients.
• Use our CRM and followup systems to nurture your pipeline daily.
• Attend weekly team trainings, roleplays, and masterminds (virtual or inperson).
• Deliver a fivestar client experience so you generate repeat and referral business. What we're looking for
• Active South Carolina real estate license (required).
• Fulltime or serious parttime commitment to production.
• Willingness to follow a proven plan for prospecting, followup, and client care.
• Good communication, professionalism, and a teamfirst mindset.

Compensation

This is a 1099, independent contractor role. Income is based on your production and effort and is not guaranteed. Most agents on our team who follow the plan consistently are able to build into a sixfigure trajectory over time, but your results will vary based on your work ethic, skill, and market conditions.
