At Profitability Florida, we believe great sales professionals are developed through training, not just experience. Every new Sales Associate receives paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to build the skills needed to succeed. We are hiring entry-level Sales Associates to join our growing team representing AT&T.; In this in-person role, you'll meet directly with residential customers to introduce AT&T; wireless and internet products, answer questions, and help customers choose services that fit their needs. If you're looking to build experience in sales and customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

as a Sales Associate:

• Meet with residential customers through in-person interactions to present AT&T; wireless and internet products and services
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend appropriate AT&T; solutions
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining products, plans, and promotions
• Assist customers with service enrollment and account setup
• Build positive customer relationships while maintaining a professional experience
• Work toward individual and team sales objectives
• Participate in ongoing paid training, coaching, and product education What We're Looking For in a Sales Associate:
