JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates all aspects of surgery for patients. Reviews marketing and productivity data, and discusses it with the surgeon and or the Practice Administrator. Appropriately discusses cosmetic consultations, cosmetic procedures and skin care services with prospective patients over the phone Schedules cosmetic patients in the computer system; obtains referral information from prospective patient Greets cosmetic patients, when possible, at the front desk Uses the imager to show patients possible results of surgery; answers questions and shows video tapes of specific procedures Guides patients to help them decide the best surgical options and then discusses the surgical plan with the surgeon Discusses fees and financial policies with cosmetic patients after their consultationprovides written information and answers patient questions Tracks information about patients who scheduled surgery, or didn't schedule surgery Schedules all surgeriescoordinates patient pre-operative paperwork, H&P;, examinations, and lab work, orders and tracks all implants or devices, and confirms written consent for procedures Guides patients for selection of breast implant size and then discusses implants selections with surgeon Coordinates with the patient and the financing company so that financing is arranged, and the patients is aware of all responsibility Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
