Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within the specified region of Miami, Florida. The Area Sales Manager provides leadership to Sales Managers and Retail Merchandisers, focused on driving sales, improving retail execution, and leveraging CRM, SharePoint, and retail tools. This role serves as a key coach, strategist, and liaison between field operations and headquarters while ensuring alignment with corporate goals. This pivotal role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective leadership and market analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B Consumer Product Sales, and product demonstrations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while expanding our market presence. Duties

• Maintain and update sales plans, budgets, and pricing in SharePoint. Ensure CRM compliance and management of HQ broker database. Guide sales team through automated tools like VIBO, Repsly, and Quick-Fix. Create and manage Quarterly Priorities for team alignment and CRM tracking. Oversee sales forecasting, funding, and trade planning using promo-planners. Ensure dispute and deduction reconciliation with brokers and customers. Coach team to improve broker ROI, execution scorecards, and KPI management. Classify and maintain store call list and drive execution by store priority. Monitor HQ call frequency, promotion entry, and retail feedback loops. Analyze and improve distribution, pricing, and merchandising per Vilore standards. Support volume-driving strategies with display and order tracking systems. Ensure team complies with proprietary info and expense policies. Review A/R and Concur expense reporting and pre-travel approvals. Train merchandisers and brokers on retail execution standards and Repsly tools. 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising and HQ sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma required. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop and lead retail customer relationships. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Proven ability to sell and track retail priorities successfully.
