Reporting directly to the President, this role drives strategic growth by strengthening client relationships, advancing aligned pursuit opportunities, and expanding the firm's market presence. The position requires a deep understanding of the AEC market, a wellestablished professional network, and a proven record of driving strategic growth and client engagement across both public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 810+ years of progressive business development experience within the AEC industry
• Strong understanding of AEC delivery methods, procurement processes, and market dynamics
• Demonstrated success developing and advancing strategic business opportunities
• Proven ability to develop and sustain longterm client and partner relationships
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with firm leadership and teams
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (UNANET or similar)
• Strong proficiency with business productivity tools, presentation software, and design or marketing support platforms
