About the Role

Join our growing team at our Kirkland, WA showroom! We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bilingual Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and help clients find the perfect solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys connecting with people. Looking for those experienced in Cabinet sales, flooring sales, and/or warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate showroom visits for clients.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked showroom and support inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bilingual : English/Spanish preferred, with excellent communication skills.
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to exceed customer expectations.
• Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with scheduling and organizational tools is preferred.
• A quick learner with a proactive mindset.
• Experience with Flooring, Cabinets, ect. What We Offer
