Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Southaven, MS is searching for full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Associates / Call Center Representatives! Pay is $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. The BDC Agent's job is to contact customers via telephone and email. Your conversation or email will consist of providing product knowledge, availability, pricing and answering any other questions with the goal of setting an appointment at the dealership. We have a sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) computer software system that allows all activities to be tracked and completed in an organized way. The actual selling" is completed by a staff sales consultant.

Responsibilities

• Communicates by phone and email with Internet customers and prospects
• Thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
• Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
• Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately
• Handle internet sales inquiries personally
• Other duties as assigned Job

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous customer service experience is required
• Previous experience working in a call center environment is a plus
• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
