Technical Sales Representative Construction Technology (JacksonvilleTampa Territory) Transit & Level Clinic Territory: Jacksonville to Tampa, Florida (Including the Greater Orlando Area) Preferred Home Base: Greater Orlando Area (Orlando, Sanford, Lake Mary, Winter Garden, Clermont, or surrounding communities) Position Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Help Build Florida's Future Transit & Level Clinic is seeking an ambitious Technical Sales Representative to serve customers throughout one of Florida's fastest-growing construction marketsfrom Jacksonville south through Orlando and Tampa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning innovative technology, and helping construction professionals succeed. You'll work directly with contractors, surveyors, engineers, and project managers to provide equipment, software, repair services, rentals, training, and technical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships
• Visit customers throughout the JacksonvilleTampa territory on a regular schedule
• Conduct job-site visits, equipment demonstrations, and product presentations
• Recommend Leica Geosystems and complementary technology solutions based on customer needs
• Generate opportunities for equipment sales, machine control systems, software, rentals, repairs, and service agreements
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer presentations
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using company CRM software
• Collaborate with technical support, repair technicians, operations, and leadership to deliver outstanding customer service
• Represent Transit & Level Clinic at trade shows, contractor events, and industry networking opportunities
• Stay current on construction technology, industry trends, and competitive products Territory & Travel This position serves customers throughout:
• Jacksonville
• St. Augustine
• Daytona Beach
• Palm Coast
• Orlando
• Kissimmee
• Sanford
• Lakeland
• Tampa
• Surrounding Central Florida communities Candidates should expect:
• Daily travel throughout the assigned territory
• Regular overnight travel as business needs require
• Independent route planning and territory management
• Customer visits at offices, construction sites, and project locations Overnight travel is an essential function of this position. Transit & Level Clinic provides:

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in outside sales, technical sales, territory sales, or account management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer challenges
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following industries is highly preferred:
