Hotel Sales Coordinator Location: Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Hotel Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional service to our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail- oriented, and enjoys building relationships while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Support the Director of Sales with group, corporate, and other accounts.
• Respond to sales inquiries and prepare proposals, contracts, and correspondence.
• Coordinate group reservations and communicate event details with hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales repots in the CRM system.
• Assist with prospecting new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients.
• Assist with preparing sales reports and revenue tracking.

Qualifications

:

• Previous hotel, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; hotel property management or CRM experience.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends.
