We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated, organized salesperson. You will receive a generous base and strong commissions. You will meet with prospects every day using a no-pressure education-based sales process. Job description The Brothers That Just Do Gutters of Metro Detroit is looking to fill a Sales Representative / Estimator / Solutionist position. Details: You will play an invaluable role in effectively selling our services to customers in a competitive atmosphere by understanding their needs. You attend all estimate meetings on time, clearly and accurately explain our services and associated benefits, then provide a price at the end of the visit. This is an outside sales role, which requires a lot of windshield time going from prospect to prospect. You will work with our internal teams to help you understand the true scope of each project, research the materials needed and bid jobs. You will write clear and detailed proposals based on your projections. As a team player, you coordinate with customers and installers. You also participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote our company. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring that we continue to win jobs as well as deliver them on time, within the scope, and on budget! QUALIFICATIONS Client focused, results driven sales representative Coachable, team player who is a self-starter At least 2 years outside sales experience, territory sales preferred Strong written and communication skills Extremely organized and detail oriented Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Estimates will take place all over Southeast Michigan, local travel required Previous contractor service experience a plus Valid driver's license, reliable transportation ABOUT THE BROTHERS THAT JUST DO GUTTERS The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise.
