Responsibilities

of a Quantum Fiber Representative

• Meet with prospective customers to introduce fiber internet solutions and explain the benefits of available services.
• Take time to understand each customer's connectivity needs before recommending options that best fit their household or lifestyle.
• Deliver personalized product consultations by explaining service features, pricing, and promotional offers with clarity and confidence.
• Guide customers through every step of the enrollment process while ensuring information is complete, accurate, and easy to understand.
• Build credibility through professional communication, responsive follow-up, and a customer-first approach.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete enrollment documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Contribute to team success by sharing ideas, supporting daily objectives, and continuing to develop as a Quantum Fiber Representative.
• Strengthen your communication, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing coaching, product education, and professional development opportunities. We're looking for an Entry Level Quantum Fiber Representative to join our team. As a Quantum Fiber Representative, you'll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, consultative sales, and business development while working alongside experienced mentors who are invested in your success. No previous telecommunications experience is required, we'll provide the training, coaching, and support you need to build a rewarding career. What We're Looking For in a Quantum Fiber Representative
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a face-to-face environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required. Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
