Responsibilities

Prepare quotations and handle order processing (purchase/sales orders) Manage and track delivery schedules Oversee inventory control and conduct analysis Perform physical inventory checks, including visiting customer sites to verify consigned inventory (travel by company vehicle) Handle inbound and outbound shipments (up to 15 lbs per box) Conduct order and sales data analysis

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Japanese Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely Proven sales skills, including lead generation, qualification, and closing Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets) Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple leads and tasks Solid product knowledge and the ability to understand and address customer needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
