What You'll Do

:

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right Chevy vehicle
• Build relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Work closely with management and F&I; for seamless deal flow
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals What We're Looking For:
• Automotive sales experience required (Chevrolet experience strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to close deals and build rapport with customers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership processes preferred
• Valid driver's license
