Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant Join GEM LAB, Ventura County's newest luxury jewelry destination. We're looking for a confident, energetic, relationship-driven salesperson who loves working with people and enjoys helping customers celebrate life's biggest moments. If you're motivated by earning commission, building lasting client relationships, and working in a beautiful luxury environment, we'd love to meet you. No jewelry experience? That's okay. We can teach diamonds. We can't teach personality, integrity, or hustle. What you'll do

• Help customers find engagement rings and fine jewelry
• Build long-term relationships
• Learn about lab-grown diamonds
• Meet monthly sales goals
• Maintain a beautiful showroom
• Create social media content (bonus if you enjoy Instagram/TikTok)
• Deliver a five-star luxury experience What we're looking for
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Confident communicator
• Professional appearance
• Sales experience preferred
• Luxury retail experience is a plus
• Weekend availability

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay PLUS Uncapped commission Monthly bonuses Employee discount Top performers have significant earning potential. We're not looking for someone to simply work in a jewelry store.
