Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-service-driven Barista & Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages according to our caf standards.
• Engage with customers to understand and fulfill their needs, offering menu suggestions and answering product questions.
• Assist with store merchandising and placing new inventory on shelves as deliveries arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the caf and retail area to ensure a pleasant environment for customers.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies, conducting regular inventory checks, and notifying management of any low-stock items.
• Collaborate with the team to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects our brand's identity and values.
• Actively contribute ideas for improving the customer experience and promoting our offerings.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a barista.
• A love for high-quality ingredients, community, and teamwork.
• Strong ability to engage with customers, understand their preferences, and offer recommendations.
• Strong focus on drink presentation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
