Overview

: The Director of Sales is responsible for the sale activities. Promote the sales strategies for the company programs to meet and/or exceed the enrollment goals. Responsible for establishing relationships with local schools and businesses to increase brand awareness, sales, and revenue through establishing partnership opportunities, including representing the company at key events. Plan and oversee sales staff (Assistant Directors of Sales), training, and performance evaluations to develop and grow the sales programs. Ensuring accurate use of the company's database and CRM (Customer Relationship Management systems) to increase sales and revenue. Effective management of all company sales operational procedures, including expense control. Key responsibilities Sales Leadership: develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed enrollment goals. Lead the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance. Partnerships & Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, cities, education related businesses, to increase brand awareness and generate revenue opportunities. Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of sales staff. Implement performance evaluations, coaching, and sales enablement tools to optimize team performance. Operational Oversight: Ensure accurate usage of CRM systems and manage operational procedures, including expense control. Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare sales performance reports and collaborate with other departments to align efforts with company goals. 5% of domestic travel within the City of Sammamish, WA and within a 3 mile radius of the company location once a week to meet with business partners and develop relationships.

Requirements

: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, or related field or its foreign equivalent and 1 year of experience teaching or training students in computer science with a focus on K-12 education or computer course development Must also possess 1 year of experience in each of the following: (i) leveraging CRM tools like Engagebay to enhance sales and marketing efforts; (ii) leveraging digital marketing tools, including Canva, Figma, to drive business results; and (iii) building business relationships and partnerships with education related-businesses or entities. Concurrent Experience okay. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Job Type: Full-time, Pay: $116,688/year to $125,000/year
