J We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated person to join our kitchen and bathroom supply company. This position combines sales, customer service, and office receptionist duties.

Responsibilities

:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer messages
• Explain products, prices, promotions, and availability
• Prepare quotes, invoices, packing slips, and customer orders
• Follow up with current and potential customers
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer information
• Coordinate orders, pickups, and deliveries with the warehouse
• Organize paperwork and maintain office records
• Assist with general office duties as needed

Requirements

:

• Previous sales, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, responsible, and punctual
