• Meet with homeowners and property managers on company-provided and self-generated leads
• Inspect roofs and exteriors, document damage, and build estimates in the CRM
• Present roofing and exterior solutions and close the sale
• Hunt your own business through referrals, follow-ups, and your network that's where the big money is
• Own your pipeline from first contact through completed install What you bring

• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a decent driving record
• Comfort climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Roofing, exterior, or home-improvement sales experience is a plus but we'll train the right competitor
• Comfortable on a smartphone and willing to learn a CRM
• Ability to operate as an independent contractor (you manage your own taxes and schedule)
