The UPS Store in West Seattle is here to help individuals and small businesses by offering a wide range of products and services. We are locally owned and operated and conveniently located. We are currently looking for Customer Service Sales Associates who have an outgoing, charismatic personality to join our growing team and build a career for themselves in our company! The Store Associate delivers world class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machine, laminating machines, notary, and point of sales devices. Provide customers with accurate information on our array of products, services, and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices. The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, outgoing, strong computer and internet skills, friendly, genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. A fast learner with attention to details. Must be able to work any store hours, weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

: Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries with an friendly, outgoing personality Work efficiently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

: Must be punctual and proper work attendance High school diploma or GED Prompt, reliable, and responsible Friendly with positive attitude in person and on phone Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites Must be able to work on your feet all day, bend, squat and lift 50lbs.
