: We are a well-established 90 year old product sales and marketing company serving Central Florida for over 35 years at our Orlando location. We specialize in air purification products and home cleaning systems that help homeowners with allergies, asthma, pet odor and dander, with the overall need to improve air quality and home cleaning efficiency. We are certified by the Allergy & Asthma Foundation of America, AHAM, Rug & Carpet Institute. Along with Google 5 Start Rating Award. Role: We are currently hiring reliable, motivated individuals who are interested in a field-based, appointment-driven sales and marketing role. This is a field position involving scheduled in-home customer appointments. Important: This is not a cold-calling or door-knocking position. Candidates must be comfortable working in a field-based role and marketing by calling and scheduling their appointments, entering customer homes for scheduled appointments, and actively building relationships through networking, referrals, and consistent marketing efforts with provided leads.

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Working smartphone
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, motivated, and professional attitude
• No experience is required paid training is provided.
• Must be 18+

Responsibilities

:

• Attend pre-set customer appointments (in-home)
• Meet with customers in their homes to present and demonstrate products
• Build relationships to generate leads and book appointments
• Market products through networking, referrals, and events Educate customers on indoor air quality and home wellness solutions
• Process orders and follow up with customers

Compensation

: Performance-based compensation:

• Typical representatives earn $750 for every 10 completed appointments , plus $100 per sale and $100 recruiting
• Additional performance bonuses and travel incentives available
