Here at the Quinonez Organization, we partner with some of the biggest names in telecommunications and work closely with small-to-medium sized business owners and C-Level executives, helping them to grow and develop our partners' client bases here in the Miami area. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage territory sales by developing strategic plans to maximize coverage and customer engagement across assigned regions.
• Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management, upselling, and ongoing support.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that boost B2B sales and increase brand awareness.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals by applying excellent negotiation skills while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or industrial products.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and coordinate efforts across teams.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and direct sales strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools; proficiency in analysis skills for sales forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively and handle technical sales discussions confidently.
