What You'll Be Doing: Greet every customer like they're familybecause they are! Match customers with the perfect vehicle that fits their needs and budget. Explain our lease terms, payment options, and awesome warranty coverage. Conduct test drives and show off our vehicles like a pro. Work closely with our BDC team to turn appointments into sales. Collaborate with underwriting to get deals done fast and smoothly. Follow up with customers (because relationships matter). Stay on top of promotions, products, and sales goalsand crush them! What We're Looking For: A go-getter with a proven track record in auto sales or a similar sales- driven role. Experience using a CRM like Magiloop, Salesforce, or NEO. Strong negotiation skills (because closing deals is an art). Excellent communication and people skills. Top-notch organization and time management. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Knowledge of LHPH or automotive financing? Even better!
