Responsibilities

As a licensed Real Estate Agent at Sellstate, you'll guide clients through every step of buying and selling homes across the Kansas City metro. Your day- to-day will include:

• Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals with confidence
• Hosting open houses and property showings to attract qualified buyers
• Creating and maintaining MLS listings and marketing properties online
• Conducting market analysis to price homes competitively
• Coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and appraisers to ensure smooth closings
• Managing all real estate paperwork and compliance with state/federal laws - Realtor Skills &

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active Missouri Real Estate License (Kansas license a plus)
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, forms, and regulations
• Marketing and social media skills to promote listings
• Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and transactions
