About Us

Awesome Services, Inc. is a growing construction cleaning company serving general contractors and commercial construction clients throughout the Southeast. We are seeking a motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative to help develop new customer relationships, identify construction cleaning opportunities, and generate profitable sales. This position offers flexible and part-time work and may be ideal for an experienced salesperson, independent sales professional, or construction industry professional looking for an additional income opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Identify construction projects that may require construction cleaning services.
• Develop relationships with general contractors, developers, project managers, estimators, superintendents, and other decision-makers.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and jobsite visits.
• Schedule meetings, site walkthroughs, and company introductions.
• Obtain bid invitations, project information, scopes of work, and decision-maker contact information.
• Coordinate with ASI's estimating and operations teams to prepare proposals.
• Follow up on proposals and assist with moving opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and follow-up activities in the company CRM.
• Provide regular updates regarding sales activities and potential projects.

Qualifications

• Business-to-business sales experience is preferred.
• Construction, commercial services, staffing, subcontracting, or facility-services sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with general contractors or construction professionals are a major advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing new business.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation for meetings, networking events, and jobsite visits.
• Basic experience using email, CRM systems, and online business tools.

Compensation

and Schedule This is a commission-only position with no base salary or guaranteed hourly pay. The position offers:

• Opportunities to earn commissions from new construction cleaning projects Commission percentages, payment terms, account ownership, and eligibility requirements will be provided in a written commission agreement. Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
