Job Description

AME Marketing Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. At AME Marketing Group, we focus on human-centered marketing and direct customer engagement, acting as an extension of the brands we represent. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering positive customer experiences while supporting sales and client service efforts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients professionally through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions.
• Build positive relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
