ABOUT THE JOB: The Service Sales Representative closes contracts for service sales customers, at defined monthly goals, that ensure partner and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company's established processes.
• Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
• Ability to perform routine roof inspections and minor repairs.
• Develops own leads using various formats such as networking, cold calling and company provided software resources.
• Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
• Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities.
• Works closely with Ops Management, Account Management and Business Development teams
• Responds to requests from customers for information and gives online presentations.
• Ability to price and close sales opportunities on the spot using training, experience, and company resources.
• Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
• Remains knowledgeable and uptodate on changes and developments in the commercial realestate industry.
• Keeps Manager informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
• Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
• This position requires up to 50% local travel. Perks:

• A minimum of two years' prior experience in a sales role.
• B2B Sales experience preferred
• Must have active driver's license (company vehicle provided).
• Excellent communication skills and professional personal presentation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Coachable and willing to learn
