About the Role

: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our office team. In this role, you will support our customers and contractors by processing orders, assisting with inquiries, answering phones, and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery experience. You will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. During the 6 week holiday season, we increase these hours.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide support to contractors and customers via phone, email, and in person
• Assist with quoting, order entry, and product availability checks
• Communicate with internal teams (e.g., sales, warehouse, shipping) to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Managing showroom inventory levels
• Support general office tasks as needed

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic office software (email, spreadsheets, order systems)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
