Duties

• Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service
• Upsell additional services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage pricing strategies and provide accurate quotes based on client requirements
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and route schedules
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with clients, team members, and management
• Follow best practices to ensure displays are attractive and aligned with company standards
• Utilize organizational skills to plan meetings, manage service deliveries, and meet deadlines effectively
• Apply basic math skills for calculating costs, discounts, and profit margins during sales transactions Experience
• Although previous sales background is highly preferred, thorough sales training will be provided
• Relationship building skills for client communication is essential
• Ability to memorize information for service knowledge
• Up-selling techniques and merchandising practices will enhance success in this role
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts effectively
