Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and assisting with retail sales. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling products and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
• Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and promoting products.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling and change giving.
• Maintain knowledge of store products to effectively assist customers and conduct product demos when necessary.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained.
• Stock deliverie, rotate product.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to engage customers through effective upselling techniques.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage stock levels efficiently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products.
