Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic General Sales Manager for our luxury dealership in the Northern Virginia area. The primary role of the GSM is to operationally manage and drive the success of the new and used car departments through developing sales consultants, working with third party vendors and achieving monthly sales quotas. A candidate with F and I experience is desired. We are only considering local candidates. Responsibilities

: - Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to delivery - Great comprehension of all things used cars - Maintain a strong understanding of current automotive trends and technologies - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Utilize sales management tools to track leads, prospects, and sales pipeline - Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and preferences - Train our sales force daily

Requirements

:SUPERIOR LEADERSHIP SKILLS - Three plus years experience in automotive sales management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent sales, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills - Proficiency in sales software applications - Candidate must be tech savvy - Multilingual abilities are a plus - A focus on delivering exceptional customer service and sales training We will only consider candidates with a documented and verifiable record of success at their current employer.
