Territory Managers at Smash My Trash have unlimited earning potential: a guaranteed base salary earned against commission, paid at 5% of gross revenue. You'll own an exclusive territory and the freedom to run it like your own business. What We Offer

• Autonomy and trust you manage your own schedule Territory Managers are responsible for their own time. After an initial ramp- up period, you can expect General Manager check-ins and meetings with management. Otherwise, your time is yours to manage.

What You'll Do

As a Territory Manager, you'll be expected to close a minimum number of new clients each month and to manage every stage of your pipeline face-to face, by email, and by phone to maintain a steady flow of closed deals. Schedule your own appointments, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up with prospects to close every sale Conduct on-site machine demonstrations one of our most valuable closing tools Travel locally throughout the Columbus, OH metro area Sell confidently to mid-level management, with occasional C-suite and business-owner conversations Represent Smash My Trash at relevant association meetings, conferences, and trade shows Prepare sales and marketing tracking reports Learn and consistently use our CRM (HubSpot) and other tools, keeping thorough records Submit accurate, timely expense reports What We're Looking For A true hunter mentality this is non-negotiable Strong time-management, organization, and multitasking skills Comfort selling to mid-level management and business decision-makers A bachelor's degree A valid driver's license Outside, territory, or regional sales experience is a plus, but not required About Smash My Trash Smash My Trash provides innovative waste services to some of the largest commercial, industrial, and construction companies in the nation.
